| Tataura is not a pack however is a tribe. Where families exist of partners and children, the head of house is a representative. for example, father xx is the representative for the house of xx. Tribal members are comprised of natural born tatauran's and initiated Tatauran's.
Tribal Identities and Descriptions
Tribe Leader/representative
Historically matriarchal the Tribes leader is chaired by a chosen leader only after natural heirs have been denounced. Should the tribal leader bring unjustifyable harm upon the other members of the tribe they may be unseated however generally this is not proceeded upon until unanimous consideration is taken. currently lead by Anastasia Thatcher.
Featherfoot
Sometimes more then one may exist. The featherfoot is a witch doctor figure, not necessarily one with supernatural talent to heal but with knowledge in the area of health and wellbeing which includes alignment of ones spirit and the achievement of devine essence. Often seen as the mediator between the gods and the tribe.
Tatauran Council
Made up of minimum three to six individuals of the Tataura. This council provides a democratic approach to Tatauran society where choices are made for the progression of the tribe. The council has the ability to pass new customs through on topics such as land proection, warfare, exile of a tribesman or woman. All decisions made by the council are annouced through the leader who oversees the correct and fair conduct by council members. (guidelines on councillor selection TBA)
Head of house
Simply an extension of a general tribe member. as families live as one unit/house, one member represents the house. this member may change freely at any time by the house but must be reported to council for record purposes. These representatives may apply for position as one of the six council members
General tribe members
General tribal folk are deemed equal, with expectation that each, in fair conditioning and circumstance are able to take equal part in the protection of the tribal lands, hunting, food gathering and other duties. It is however noted should a tribal member be deemed unfit or under circumstances which prohibit them from taking part in something that it is understood and acknowledged fairly. high praise and acknowledgment is given to those members who provide not only a solid warrior stance but also provide intellectual intelligence.
