Pup Paradise!

A game for all! Something strange has happned in The Kumari Lands, packwide! The wolves and resedents wake up to find themselves in thier younger form, weather they be a pup, kit, child, or other such young! The order of the packs has been broken down, and the only thing that are on the young ones's minds is play and adventure!

A tiny white ball of fuzz sat in an underground den, looking outward. Her oversided ears flopped over as she moved outside the den to look around in the soft grass. She was alone and happy walking around she saw something behind her and went after it. Every time she moved, it moved but evently she got her mouth on a the soft white thing she was after, her own tail. Happy the pup let her catch go and lifted her head, howling like a grown up. 

He swore as he fell out of bed.  He had gone to step down, but, the change in his size made his foot miss, therefor, he fell about 3 feet.  He picked himself up off the ground, and looked around, things looked, different, distorted.  He couldnt quite figure out what it was, but, also, something at the back of his mind.  A word, a very special word, play.  It wormed at the back of his mind, forcing itself to prominence.  He took a step towards the door, he wanted to go, but, he also knew he had to figure out what happened, but, play.  It was a very persistent thought, he took another step, and another, and was soon running down the halls, heading towards the door outside.

Vilks woke with a start. A nightmare had taken him, and he was covered in sweat despite the cool, shaded morning air, though it could have been a layer of dew. He'd recognized the dream in actuality as a memory, a dead forest with dead wolves around him, a savage wind and a blood red moon. It made him feel like whimpering, oddly enough, but he pushed the feeling aside and shifted to slide off the branch he'd called bed that night. As soon as he looked down the ground seemed to be twice as far away as it had when he climbed up there, startled, his hand shot out to grab the branch and stop him but it too was not how he remembered, it was bigger. his hand slipped and he plummeted out of control, screaming in childish fear.



About six feet from impact a twister, sized to his body, made of ice and fire caught him and he spun gently with it as it lowered him to the ground. After it'd gone he crouched there trembling. What the fuck is goin on here!? he thought. Everything was so much bigger, his body was smaller and more gangly than it had been just the night before. His nose caught a scent and it sped a wave of instincts though his mind: run, jump, play, laugh, play, chase.... "Oh come now child" He froze instantly. He recognized that voice, soft, gently, kind, and silky smooth. "Are you just gonna let it all take over? just gonna give up all that discipline you taught yourself?"

"Sh- Sheeva?... Is that you Sheeva?" His voice was a higher pitch than he remembered and it was starting to click what had happened "Yes Child. It is me" came the reply, "And me boy" This voice was hard, almost harsh, and always seemed to be yelling, but that's why he loved it. "Don[i]'t you dare forget me." "[/i]Brand!?" Tears began to well in his eyes. "Now you stop that right there. Your a man grown and you shouldnt be crying just cause weve shown up." "But, Ive become a child again and-" sniff "and I-" he choked and started balling his eyes out. "He has the right of brother. He is a child again, and he'd thought us gone for good." "Don't matter, hell be a man sooner or later and a man holds his tears so as to not look weak."

He stopped crying and wiped the back of a balled fist across his face. "Alright, I'll stop." he smiled and was about to say more when he heard a howl. It was high pitched and didn't quite resound. A pup. He thought, and looked down at his body, what he could see of it. His clothes had all re-sized to fit his child's body due to the enchantment on them. He hooted and changed to a small brown and grey ball of fuzz, let out his best howl in responce and bounded of toward it, barking with laughter.
